Specific terms for Experts or Contributors

An Expert or Contributor is an independent agent who is in business for him/herself or their organisation. This Agreement shall not create the relationship of employer and employee, a partnership, or a joint venture. An Expert or Contributor shall have no authority to bind, obligate, or commit HealthKeyWorkers.com by any promise or representation. No monetary relationship is being created nor construed through this Agreement.

By providing an Expert or Contributor post to HealthKeyWorkers.com, the Expert or Contributor agrees they are not becoming part of the site and can not represent themselves as owner of the site.

Expert or Contributor grants to HealthKeyWorkers.com the perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free, transferable right to use Expert or Contributor's name biography, and likeness in connection with the publication of the Work under this Agreement.

Therefore, HealthKeyWorkers.com and Expert or Contributor jointly agree to the following criteria:

1. Expert or Contributor Posts must be original work that have not been exclusively published on any other website, forum, chat or social media network. HealthKeyWorkers.com reserves the right to reject and remove any Expert or Contributor's published content for any reason upon receipt of said content, and if necessary make edits to the piece where necessary to ensure content stays congruous with the site. Prior to publication of the Expert or Contributor's post, Expert or Contributor agree with these changes.

2. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted, for copy or images. The Expert or Contributor's Post must be the copyright holder of the image/video OR the image/video must be licensed under an appropriate creative commons license or in the public domain. When required proof must be submitted along with any image/video showing that it does not infringe on copyright laws. HealthKeyWorkers.com reserves the right to change/edit the image/video if necessary. If people are included in the image/video, then the Expert or Contributor must provide a written release allowing use of likeness. Video/image submissions must be relevant to the post. No video or image can exceed 8MB maximum.

3. When quoting others, Expert or Contributor must properly and accurately cite sources.
4. Posts will acknowledge Expert or Contributor authorship, but will become the property of
HealthKeyWorkers.com.

5. You may choose to remove content from your workshop or group and will continue to own such content, but we will continue to have the right to use that content and to provide it to members who have enrolled in your workshop.

6. Expert or Contributor may promote article on their own website, Facebook, Twitter or other social media forums. Promotion should involve a proper tease and link to the article.

7. You understand that, if you teach a workshop or group, your audience will have the ability to post a review of this workshop. We cannot control the contents of any such review and will not be held responsible for any information or opinions that a user may include in any such review.

8. You agree that the number of leads you generate is dependant on a number of factors you have control over (but not limited to); your ability to provide real value, consistent posting and engagement, quality of your content, your brand credibility, your ability to promote yourself to your audience.

9. Affiliate links shall not be included in Expert or Contributor's post submissions. All links are subject to the approval of HealthKeyWorkers.com.

10. HealthKeyWorkers.com reserves the right to add its own affiliate links where appropriate. You grant us the right to place advertisements on your content at our sole discretion.

11. Expert or Contributor will receive writing credit as author of their post. 

12. Expert or Contributor acknowledge they shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any other compensation related to the post.

13. HealthKeyWorkers.com reserve the right to refuse publication, remove content and change these guidelines as we see fit. If removed Expert or Contributor is free to use the content for their own purposes.

14. You agree that you will not submit content to HealthKeyWorkers.com that violates the HealthKeyWorkers.com Community Guidelines, which may be occasionally updated.
